The proposed mixed-use scheme includes 40 flats of varying sizes and tenures as well as street facing commercial space and underground parking. All flats are dual aspect and many are triple aspect. Furthermore, whilst our proposal slightly exceeds density guidance for the site, the proposed arrangement creates a high level of open space.
