New build mews house in Belsize Park Conservation Area.
Our scheme replaces a 70’s era mews house that included a garage; space that has been incorporated into the habitable space of the new house. The unavoidable single aspect nature of the mews is balanced by the insertion of a large rooflight, mirroring the footprint of the stair between ground and first floor, bringing abundant natural daylight down to the ground floor.
