The 260 sq.m property is set within the second floor of York House, a Victorian era mansion block located in the Portman Estate Conservation Area in Marylebone, London.

We have been commissioned to deliver a complete refurbishment of the property to the highest standard and oversee the works from early stage concept design to completion. Works include structural alterations, new bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and an overhaul of electrical and mechanical services.

A 1.8m wide hallway provides a grand entrance to the property. Structural alterations to the hallway are designed to create a new direct view to outside and to maximise natural light filtering through to the entrance.

Client Testimonial

“Dan Marks and the whole MATA team achieved excellence on the major refurbishment of our apartment in Marylebone.

As the founder of Flannels, I knew what I wanted, but needed clear guidance through the process. Dan achieved the right balance, always on hand, resolving any issues constructively, ensuring the experience was efficient and enjoyable on a challenging project.”
