A 4,400 sq.ft new build, mixed use scheme on a busy thoroughfare in Islington comprising commercial space at ground floor with three upper floors of rental flats.
The building is constructed with a CLT frame (Cross Laminated Timber) clad externally with London stock brick and exposed and expressed internally.
This scheme has been developed in Revit (our first BIM project) to full RIBA Stage 4 / Technical Design.
