Carved into the hillside, the house exploits the topography to anchor a cantilevering first floor element. Embedded in and growing out of the landscape, the ground floor is expressed with Devon Stone (sometimes known as Lantoom Stone), whilst the first floor element mimics rural barns in form and material.
