We are working with the owner of a large detached house in Hampstead on the comprehensive refurbishment of the 5 flats contained within and, where possible, their extension. Vaulting Loft occupies the top floor.
We obtained Planning Consent for a large extension to the roof which we’re rebuilding from scratch to maximise the volume. The flat will benefit from epic 4.7m floor to ceiling height in parts, allowing the insertion of a mezzanine floor overlooking the living area, with circulation space below it. The structure of the new vaulting roof is exposed and expressed internally.
